I don’t want to try the Empty Recycle Bin option, as I want to restore a few files from it. But unfortunately, the restore option also not working. I don’t know what to do? From the above-stated problem, it is understood that the user wants to restore and delete some files from the Recycle bin. The reason behind this problem could be the corruption of the Windows 10 recycle bin. Now, when it comes to deletion and the restoration process, it is first recommended to concentrate on the restoration of files. Once the files are restored successfully, we can go with the file deletion.
Step 1: Download the Recycle Bin Recovery software on your Windows 10 computer
Step 2: Launch the application and click on the Recover Files option.
Step 3: Then from the list of drives, select the drive that holds the Windows 10 recycle bin (Example C: Drive)

Step 4: Let the software scans the drive completely.

Step 5: A new window comes up with a list of recoverable files in Data View/File Type View layouts.

Step 6: Right-click on any file to preview. Check-mark the files that you wanted to restore and go to next step

Step 7: Lastly, select the desired location to save the recovered files. Hit on the Save button.

Note: You can implement the same steps to recover deleted photos after emptying the recycle bin, recycle bin files lost after the system update, and all other data loss situations related to the recycle bin.
Once your files are safely restored, now it’s time to delete the unwanted files from the corrupt recycle bin. As you have restored important files from recycle bin, you can now use the Empty Recycle Bin option, for that:
Method #1: Go to Recycle Bin, right-click on it and select Empty Recycle Bin option from the list
Method #2: Open Recycle Bin, click on the Manage option from the menu bar and select Empty Recycle Bin option
